Sarcophagus with Cross and Temple Veil

The frontal depicts two round arches supported by columns flanking a larger arch supported by identical columns and itself supporting an entablature and pediment with two acroteria. Each arch frames a cross and the central cross is further framed by a pair of curtains as in a temple. The small "tail" at the top of each side cross make it a "staurogram" symbol.
